About
An operator first. An advisor with the seller's perspective.
Business Broker & Advisor with Bridge Point Bridge Point Business and Real Estate Advisors, LLC · CQ1068828
I came to business brokerage after building, running, and selling a company of my own. I understand the operational detail buyers question, and the personal weight owners carry into a sale. I do that work as a licensed sales associate employed by Bridge Point Business and Real Estate Advisors, LLC — the brokerage holds the engagement, and I am your point of contact within it.

My story
I built, operated, and sold a company.
Owner
Operator
Seller
I founded and grew a Florida pool-service operation from nothing, building a recurring client base across multiple service territories. Growth took far more than selling. It took route planning, hiring and training, customer retention, fleet and inventory controls, pricing discipline, written procedures, and the slow work of making the business less dependent on me.
In January 2026 I completed the sale of that company. Sitting in the seller's chair changed how I see this work. An exit is a financial event, but it is also a personal one. Owners deserve straight answers, real discretion, and an advisor who recognizes the years standing behind the numbers.
My broader operations background includes multi-location home services, automotive operations, inventory and financial controls, and large-scale process improvement. I bring that operating lens to every business I look at — while recognizing that each company's industry, scale, risk profile, and buyer pool have to be judged on their own merits rather than by analogy to mine.
How I work
Practical judgment. Direct communication.
Operator-minded
I look past top-line revenue to the systems, people, recurring relationships, and concentrations that determine whether a business can actually transfer to someone else.
Direct and realistic
I would rather have an uncomfortable conversation about readiness and expectations early than make a promise the market will not support later.
Confidential by design
Employees, customers, and competitors do not need to know you are exploring an exit. Information should be released deliberately, in stages, to screened parties.
Why I work through a brokerage
A solo point of contact, not a solo effort.
Every licensed real estate activity I perform is carried out through Bridge Point Business and Real Estate Advisors, LLC, under the supervision of its managing broker. That is how Florida law structures the work, and it is also a practical advantage for you.
It means the person who learns your business is the person you keep talking to — while valuation capability, commercial real estate services, and a managing broker holding active Florida CPA and Certified Valuation Analyst credentials stand behind the assignment.
Tell me what you built, and what you want next.
The first conversation is about understanding, not committing.
