What is collected when you use this website, what it is used for, and what it is never used for.

This notice describes how information submitted through this website is handled. This website is operated by Benjamin Tyler Kolaczkowski, a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate (license SL3663554) registered with Bridge Point Business and Real Estate Advisors, LLC (Florida Real Estate Corporation license CQ1068828). Inquiries received through this site are handled in the course of that licensed brokerage activity and are shared with the brokerage.
Information you choose to give
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, a general description of your business type, your indicated timing, and any message you write. You decide what to include.
You are asked not to submit sensitive material through this form — specifically tax records, account numbers, passwords, customer lists, or unredacted financial statements. A web form is not an appropriate channel for those documents, and none of them are needed to begin a conversation. If detailed material becomes relevant later, a suitable method of exchange will be arranged.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form, a small amount of context is recorded alongside it so that the source of the inquiry can be understood: the page you first arrived on, the referring website or link (for example a social media profile), any campaign tags present in the link you followed, which button you used, and the date and time of submission.
This context is stored in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit and is discarded when you close the tab. It is used to understand which channels reach business owners. It is not used to build an advertising profile of you, and it is not sold.
This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tags. It does load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of serving those font files.

- To respond to your inquiry and arrange an introductory conversation.
- To assess, together with you, whether a first conversation makes sense.
- To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed Florida real estate activity.
- To understand which referral channels are effective.
Who it is shared with
Your inquiry is shared with Bridge Point Business and Real Estate Advisors, LLC, as the brokerage through which all licensed services are provided, including its managing broker where supervision or review is required.
Form submissions are processed and stored by this site's hosting provider on my behalf. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a lawful request from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation or the Florida Real Estate Commission.
Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with prospective buyers. It is not passed to third-party lead brokers or marketing networks.
Confidentiality expectations
Reasonable care is taken to keep inquiries private, and discretion is central to how this practice operates. It should nonetheless be understood that no transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and that an unencrypted email or web form cannot be guaranteed against interception. Please do not use this website to transmit anything you would be unwilling to have disclosed.
Submitting this form does not itself create a brokerage, agency, fiduciary, or representation relationship. Information is handled under applicable law, this notice, and brokerage policy; any representation relationship and its scope are established through a separate written agreement with the brokerage.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to satisfy applicable record-keeping requirements for licensed real estate activity, and are then deleted or archived. Where a brokerage relationship follows, transaction records are retained according to the brokerage's retention obligations under Florida law.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent to further contact at any time. Write to ben.kolaczkowski@bridgepointbrea.com and the request will be honored, subject to any records that must be retained under Florida real estate regulation.
Your browser can be set to block session storage. The site will continue to work; only the referral context described above will be absent.
Children
This site is directed to business owners and is not intended for anyone under 18. Information is not knowingly collected from children.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
